Mine leaked after being on since February. First the left side last week, and then the right side this week. Been on since beginning of March. CarID is swapping them out for me though, and I shall do something to seal them up a little better.

I know I said I was gonna run some RTV around mine, but just haven't gotten a chance yet and mine have moisture in them already after just one week :frown: and I didn't even drive it in the rain, but it was parked in the driveway while we had multiple downpours this week. I guess I'll be calling carID if I can find my receipt.

Wow, just got around to calling CarID today and it only took 5 min on the phone. I told them my story and they're like, "Ok, we'll replace them and the return slip will be in your email soon." I was amazed at the great customer service!

This time around I will def seal them first.

Do you have to send them in first?

I really want to order these. I might just order them for 88 bucks if they are still available for that price.

I should've sealed my THIRD set myself, but I didn't, and now I'm returning them for a refund. The first set leaked, they sent a second set that was noticeably TWO different shades of red from one side to another, and the third set leaked again, and took all the shiny reflective coating off the inside. They do look great, but the SHO needs enough fiddly maintenance without having to fool with the tail lamps once a month. And, they're considerably heavier then the factory lamps. I know Zach is going for ultimate lightness with his; that wouldn't be a concern for most people.

Another issue I noticed is that the first set I had flashed correctly all the time; I know the original LED lamps sold years ago required a different flasher module and to unplug the bulb out module, but these come with a resistor block that is supposed to eliminate that issue. The second and third set I got flashed rapidly with the headlights on, and turned the "bulb out" light on, so I had to get a flasher and unplug my bulb out module. I'm not out any money on the flasher because we keep them at work with the bulbs and fuses, but it was still annoying. I guess SHOs are annoying in general...

I received my LED tails and they are in fact the same ones as posted earlier in this thread.

They DO come with the resistor blocks. So no grote relay is needed.:)
