Well I first thought all my fuses were okay, but I checked again in some decent light, and #13 fuse, the one in charge of the dash cluster keeps on popping. I surmise a couple of things.

1) I recently took out my center console, could I have replugged something incorrectly back in?

2) My brother recently installed an aftermarket CD player. Anything in THAT wiring that could have been the culprit?

Thanks for any help you can give fellas....I am at wits end with this one...

I'd bet on the CD player install causing a short, either with some exposed wiring, or a ground tied in to a + lead or vice-versa. There is also a possibility that when you re-installed the center console that you might have crimped a wire causing a short. The connections are all keyed, so I'd find it difficult to imagine connecting one incorrectly.

Start with the CD player.

I'll bet he grounded the light connection that was landed on the OEM deck. That connection is not used with many aftermarket units.

If that is indeed the case, I took out the aftermarket deck theo other day, replaced the fuse AGAIN and still no lights. Does the loose ground need to be connected to something in order to work? Should I reinstall the factory deck and see if I get my lights back?
