I need address/phone# at Ford to complain about cam failure

I know it probably won't do any good, but I want to call someone at Ford and yell at them. rant My '96 is currently having it's cams welded due to failure ... started making noise. I would also like to write a letter so they have something in writing (that they can then throw in the garbage). Does anyone have an address and/or phone number I should use? I do plan on adding my info to the law suite list as well as the complaint to the PA attorney general. Who else should I be a pain in the ass to?

Ford Help Line

You may want to ask permission to record the converstaion before you begin, in the middle and remind them at the end that they were being recorded. Then get an appropriate mailing address. Make sure to get the name/id# of the agent you were talking to. Let us know when they tell you it has only happened to you. Good luck
