Trust me after two winters that seems to be the common denominator. Sensor itself looks fine, wiring looks fine not much else to narrow down. The reason I didn't get during the initial tune installation was I did not install until March and by that time it wasn't that cold anymore. When the P0128 comes up that is the only code. I do not just blindly clear the codes pull from the scanner then clear. One thing new this year that may be a factor was I had the Coolant flush at the dealer at the end of March. I don't think that I had an air pocket because I wasn't losing coolant except during the initial thermostat replacement which is normal. After I topped off the reservoir it stayed normal.

I haven't had an issue with the 160 stat in NY winters.

I live in a state with emissions testing so I guess I will have to switch the 3bar and downpipes back and forth every couple years.
Do you have a visual inspection or just reading OBD monitors? The DPs may be an issue, seems like PPE catted is the only ones that will not throw a code with the rear O2s turned on. The normal 3bar tune should not have them turned off and should pass OBD monitor readiness without issue.
