My passenger side, side skirt is falling off and I have tried several adhesives but nothing works. The tabs that the skirt slides into on the top has rusted off. Is it possible to find an adhesive to bond it to the car or do I need to find another way to keep the skirt on? Any thoughts or advice will be helpful. Bryan

Rocker panel delete mod. Its a factory option on most 20 year old shit boxes.

Ever heard of duct tape, zip ties, and self taping screws?

I usually just kick mine back on.

I guess another option is just to create new tabs. Bend some sheet metal strips and have them welded, riveted, or screwed on.

Just a thought, I haven't had mine off to know.

Zach I don't live in ga so duct tape won't work or hold them and really don't want a screw head showing also.
I got a friend who has two sho's in his junkyard. If I remove the stock hanging tabs could I just screw them back on?

The best way is to find other steel mounts.
They can be attached with rivets like factory.
I prefer to use a nutsert with a stainless bolt.
Or 3M double stick tape such as used for emblems and such.

Thank you for the info, I will try that.

There is a thread on here about rocker panel replacement...in which someone had found some metal trim/strip at a Home Depot or Lowes that worked.
