Well, I posted earlier about how my E-brake might be sticking even after I disengauge it. Well, today I jacked the rear 2 tires off the ground and spun them to determine if it was engauging. Well the left rear wheel did spin, but not freely, and the left right wheel was a little harder to turn than the left. I was just wondering how "freely" should they spin? I had to apply a little force to spin it. Thanks.

A little friction from the brake pads is perfectly normal. As long as you can spin each wheel by hand, you're fine.

Could my brakes be a bit frozen? I'm trying to locate that thread about freezing brakes. Thanks.

Unless you have the dreaded swollen-shut rubber brake lines, which act like a check valve, the brakes are either frozen or they're not. Try spinning each wheel by hand while someone else presses the brake and e-brake pedals. If each wheel locks when they press and spins when they let up, it's fine.

You should be able to spin them with your pinky,,,,ooh, that tickles! Actually, very little drag, with the wheel up in the air, they should spin the instant the E brake is released. How about your slider pins? They need to be free too. If they seize, only the inside pad will contact the rotor.
