HELP.. broken Bolts on Y-pipe !!

I was afraid of this but sure enough, snapped some bolts on the y-pipe, what would I do with this? Can I use a punch and punch out the rest of the bolt? I know they are threaded in there, but any chance?

you can't punch them out. You have 2 options, drill them out if they are broken off flush. Or if there is a little bit of them left you can try a stuck bolt remover kit from Lisle Tool, it's like a nut with teeth in it that grabs the remainder of the stud, and as long as you PB blaster them up for a few days really good the stuf should turn right back out.

I used the Lisle stuck bolt remover and it worked awesome on my front 2 studs on my winter beater, they came out without much force at all. The rears on my car broke off flush, requiring to be drilled out.

If you have them broken off with some meat remaining, I'd be willing to sell you my stuck bolt remover set for $30 shipped, Cost me $40 with tax and it has been used for 2 stuck studs, it is basically new, but I don't see myself buying any other northern cars for drivers, only as parts cars.

I took the manifolds off the car, put them in a vise, then put a torch on. They came off with a pipe wrench in 2 minutes.

2 questions: how tough is it to get them off, and can the exaust manifolds be reused if they dont tear.

Ive been trying mapp gas+ vice grips, and ive gotten 1/3 out so far the hardest part is keeping them warm long enough to even get a wrench on them before they stop glowing. Damn 20 degree weather anyways.

the manifold gaskets are metal. as long as the mating surfaces are clean/smooth and the gaskets havent been kinked or anything, you can reuse them.
