I have researched the threads, and it appears Autozone has a heater core that is the correct size, does anyone recall the part number? Autozone lists the 398315 which I purchased and it is too large. They also list a 93743 Four Seasons aluminum, same number for both w and w/o AC. Is the 93743 the one to buy for a 1993 3.2 ?

(this task's PITA rating is up there with a clutch replacement)

According to Rockauto.com (I use them for parts as well as part number searches) that 398315 is correct. Made by Proliance

Ive also got a couple of other numbers though.

94743 (copper/brass) made by Four Seasons This is listed to work with or without AC.

and

93743 (aluminum) made my Four Seasons as well. This is also listed to work with or without AC.

Hope it helps.

Correct:
Advance , Ready-Aire - 398315 REF = H50K and PWO = 3124798

Incorrect
Oreillys , Ready Aire, - 398315 [same as above ??] and REF=H40J and PWO= 1428130 (too big to fiot inside plenum, exit tubes have drastic right angle)
