head porting

wile I have my heads off I'm going to get them ported. what kind of gains should I expect if any. has any one used the k1 rods or the high compression 2.5 duratec pistons.

Can't say that I have heard of K1 until you mentioned them. I have of Duratec valves being used in SHO's. My understanding is they would move your power band to have more top end.
