Grind in 3rd and 4th??

i just got the car about 1 month ago and was told the clutch was brand new, but ever since i got it the clutch lets out very high??? also if i dont shift under 2k in third and 4th it will bark at me.. i changed the fluid to gm syncomesh DID NOTHING? still the same. i also changed the clutch cable and that made the clutch let out higher???

someone please help!!! im stumped!

pull up on your clutch pedal . then try

if that dont fix it.i wood say the synchronizers in thos gears are a little bent.thay bent because of hard shifts.

i have done all the clutch ajusting i can possibly do... i think the rachet part that the cable goes around is stuck in the lock position (the way you have to have it to get the new cable on) any more sugestions?
