New to the forum. First posting. I’m the original owner of a green ext/black leather int 1991 1/2 SHO with 120k miles. I haven’t driven it for the past six years, but it was fine until then. This south Texas sun has baked the clear coat finish off this deep jewel green former beauty. I’ve kept it with the intention of doing everything to return to like new status, but five years of cancer has made me reevaluate and consider selling. Any suggestions??

Welcome in. If it's a 91 with Green exterior and black interior then you have a very desirable 91+. What condition is the interior? Leather in good shape or sun dried too. I would keep it and save it but if you do decide to let it go, message me first!

Welcome. If being sick has you reevaluating then selling is probably the move. These cars are so old that everything, even if not used as much, is aged and dried out. You don't need extra hassles if you don't feel well or have new priorities. I wish you much luck.

Welcome!

Just a comment on the paint. Ford changed their paint process in 91, so almost all colors were a water based base+clearcoat paint. And the dark colors, green and black, were affected the worst. Even garaged SHOs were losing the clearcoat.

Subsequent years are much better, but 91s were awful!

Welcome to the forum! Hate to hear about your cancer, but are you over it now? Do you have any pics of your SHO you can post up here?
