I can't say enough about them.
During the group buy for the Y-Pipe, Nick answered my questions very promptly that I had for him.
As far as Josh goes, I have asked him many, many questions and he has answered them all and helped me a lot. Then, when I was having trouble finding someone to install my Y-Pipe, cat back, and UDP's, he did that on a Sunday for me! While the car was up on the lift, he also showed me a lot of stuff underneath it, showed me a Quaife being installed and a tranny that was destroyed that didn't have a Quaife, just all kinds of things.
While hanging the exhaust, he taped sockets to the top of the tail pipes to ensure exact same distance from the bottom of the bumper. I'm a pretty picky guy and if there were not hung exactly the same, I would notice it every time. Well, they are EXACT!
I even drove his supercharged monster, although it was a very brief stint at his place.
I am really happy with their work and how they have dealt with me.

Okay, this turned out a bit long-winded, but here goes.

I kicked a few e-mails around with Nick C. during the motor mount group buy, and after a couple days I didn't hear from him, and thought I'd been forgotten. But he did get back to me and said that there had been a mixup between himself and Bob W., who organized the group buy. He even waited a week for me to find out if I would indeed have enough money to get the mounts, and told me that if I had the money at the end of the week, I could still get them at the group buy price.

Unfortunately, something came up quite unexpectedly, and I had to use for that the money I'd set aside for the mounts. Even though I couldn't get in on the group buy, the whole process went very smoothly, and Nick always responded promptly to my e-mails. Needless to say, when I do have the money to buy motor mounts, he'll be one of the first vendors I contact. Great customer service.

Which reminds me...these guys are incredibly helpful even if you're not buying anything from them. I asked Josh at one point if there was a way to tell if the 9.25" flywheel has been replaced with the 9.75" one, and he replied with a pretty good procedure on how to check. He never tried to sell me a flywheel, though. I thought that was pretty damn cool.
