Wouldn’t the IC to throttle body be the most important one?

There is a coolant pipe under the TB, but with that pipe being powder coated I didn't bother, most of the heat sources were on the drivers side anyway. There is even a coolant line that touches the stock intake piping. I still may go back and use the remaining material I have, I just haven't decided yet.

Edit: The pipe from the IC to the TB is away for a lot of heat until right before it connects, not sure if wrapping that one will help all that much.

You’re probably right, and I know the whole charge pipe heat thing is a contentious subject. But, my thought is that’s the only post cooling of the air pipe. If there is anywhere you’d want the actual temp of the pipe itself cool it would be that one. True though it’s location would make it the coolest naturally.

I'm going to do like @Ecoboost_xsport has done with his coolant pipe but instead of reflective tape I'm actually going to use header wrap over the foam. I think in that case you want to keep the heat in instead of trying to reflect the heat from the manifold away. The tape definitely looks better though.

I've been debating on getting coolant pipe insulation wraps too, I would like to keep as much heat out and away from my intake track as possible and keep it where it belongs.

I actually finally got the intake manifold installed. The heat wrap you use will work good I think.

I think everyone is waiting to hear back from PTP. Supposedly they are developing some for our application iirc.

Can't we just measure the exhaust housing and order the proper size based on the diameter/circumference? I'm getting ready to install the GH turbos when they arrive and want to do it all at the same time since the rear is a BIOTCH to access. What about DPs/CATs wrap? A lot of pe

Not that easy, they are pretty small and with lines coming all directions to/from the center section for oil and coolant as well as the wastegate actuator taking up a lot of real-estate. It isn't impossible, just not a quick solution and the juice isn't worth the squeeze for a lot of the aftermarket blanket companies. I had a local place that was going to try to make some but wanted a set of turbos to try it out on. I don't have a spare set laying around haha...

You can buy the "universal turbo blanket" from DEI if you want, I guess its better than nothing, like mentioned above, there are ports and lines all over the place, and its not that simple.

So no one on here or the EcoBoost forum has done it yet? The wastegate would be the biggest issue as to not affect its range of motion. Over boost is very bad. I wonder if the unversal ones could be cut to avoid any contact issue with the wastegate?

I will have a spare set of turbos the company you mentioned can use as long as I get them back and in the same shape as I sent them in.
