Gen1 Fog Lamps

Were is the fog lamp fuse at? if there is one on gen1s? and what is the proper voltage on the bulb 6V/55W or 12V/55W My lamps went out the other day and tryin to fix it, the switch works but theres no power at the plug?

There is a fuse. It is in a holder next to the fog lamp relay. Lower dash support to the left of the steering column. The lamps are 12V.
