Hi,

I priced out the part @ 265.00 plus shipping. I was wondering how many hours labor that would be to install?? do you have to drop the sub frame ??

I checked three local places in Daytona when mine needed replacing and the cheapest labor I located was $700 including the alignment done on the new rack. Instead, I replaced it myself with the help of a fellow shoforum member. Do a search and you'll find my write up if you decide to tackle it by yourself. Good luck!

Yes you do have to drop the subframe. It wasn't too bad. I had help from a mechanic and it took about a day. Ford wanted $830 odd dollars to put one in my 96' SLO with VAPS.
