Gen.1 Sway Bar Difference Question

I have a 91' sho and I was wondering if the there is a difference between the sway bars on a gen. 1 and a gen.2? and if there is what is the difference and or which one is better? thanks

This link will give you an idea. But with gen2's its best to actually measure them they seemed to just toss whatever in sometimes.
