Does anyone know where to get a 3 gauge pod for a Gen 1? I have seen them in some Gen 1's ,but everywhere I look it says for a Gen 2. Will the Gen 2 pods fit Gen 1's with modification? I would really like one that would fit up with no modification of the pod.

Anyone know?

Thanks,
Ryan

I bought the single pods (3 of 'em) from SPMotorsports for $9.95 a piece. Unfortunately for us Gen I owners, the demand for them is few and far between. So we either have to custom build our own, or buy used from someone else. I am fabricating my 3 to the pillar with the help of some plastic cement, some sort of body filler and a dremel. Right now I have only one on the pillar but don't have the body filler on there yet, so it looks a little rough. I thought about doing fiberglas, but I was quoted $500 to have that done, soo screw that idea unless your acustom to doing that sort of work.I post some pics later of the project after I get off work.

I am in the process of taking the EATC out of the dash moving it to the center console from a 94 and putting my gauges in the space where the EATC was. It all fits it is just a question of a trim piece for the console. I like having the gauges at the same level as my speedo/tach. It hasn't been too bad searching junkyards for a dash, gen 2 console and a lincoln eatc. I used gauges from summit and the e gauge metal console they sell. I bought the rip-off plastic 3 gauge piece cincy sho sells thinking I would put them in the 94 console but didn't like the gauges that low in the car. when I have it finished i will let you know.
