Gauging Interest, TSHOC spring meet.

With the SHO Convention coming up in July, I think it's time TSHOC has another meet. I'm shooting for march, with the hopes that this gives plenty of notice and also places the meet far enough away from the convention as to not conflict with anyones convention plans.

I am willing to host a meet at my house in Fayetteville NC.

DO NOT Turn this thread in to some post ******* ***** fest.

For the dates I am thinking of either Saturday, March 5th or Sunday March 6th.

One thing I would like to say before anyone put's there 2 cents in, is that if it were up to me, DJ Martin (DJSHO91) would have the final say so regarding date, times and Location of the meet. DJ has had the most interest of anyone here regarding TSHOC, offering us Apparel (That he had made out of pocket), Keeping up (and making) the TSHOC facebook page and not to mention has made every effort to show up to every TSHOC meet over the last couple of years, If only just to stop by and say hello.

Thanks Sam for the kind words. I just enjoy being part of this group. I consider all of you as friends and enjoy our time(in person and on-line) together. Being someone who is often laid-up(because of chronic pain and/or medication) I spend a lot of time on the computer. You(as a group) allow me to still share my passion for cars and such. Thanks to all of you!


As to the meet, I'm up for a meet whenever the group decides. I am interested in SHOing off some of the upgrades on my 91'. It's not to the level of most of your projects, but it's been fun for me. Count me in and I look forward to seeing everyone!


By the way, I'm holding the hats for you all until the Jan 15th. After that, I've had several folks from outside the group wanting them. I've got to recoup my $$s so I will have to open things up to who will pay. I have been laid up since Sunday, but I will be sending *** today to all the inquiries I have already received.

Not sure if I will be able to make this one, I'll have to look into my finances and time off from work in a couple months and make a last minute decision. I've got a lot going on and I've been meaning to update yall but such updates will have to wait another 10 days or so

Sam, as it seems that there is really no consensus, you and Ashley decide which is best for you. We can work with that. Thanks for your willingness to open your home again.

With the National convention coming in July, I was thinking about having a fall meet at my house. Sometime in late September or early October. I have plenty of room for a cook-out and (if it's still warm) the pool may still be usable. Just a thought.
