Gas leaking once tank full....

Hey all,
Just looking for some input.... I have a 2015 SHO.

I was gassing up tonight...once tank was full, I stopped pumping, and heard fuel hitting the ground under the car.

Tried it again, and noticed that as soon as I stopped pumping, gas would come out of a small tube up on the underside.

Never happened before, just wondering if anyone has any idea why this happened?

Sounds like you over filled it, and it spilled into the evap canister.

Especially since you state you "tried it again" (and gas spilled out a 2nd time).

Be careful doing that with any degree of regularity. It could get pricey having to replace that canister.

Yeah I only "did it again" lol, to see where it was coming from as I had no idea.

Also have the fuel filler neck and tank vent tube checked if this problem continues even after stopping at single click. Check PCM to see if any codes are set.
