Ive noticed the banjo fitting on the SHO is leaking since ive taken the intake off. What can i do to stop this? new washers? and if so, will i have to buy them from ford?

Stupid question - are the Schrader Valve & the other bolt tight? Did you remove them (I have no idea why you would to remove the intake, but...)?

If you didn't remove them, chances are you may have bumped the Schrader Valve when re-installing the intake. You may be able to re-torque it to re-seat it on the copper crush washer, or you may have broken it (or the washer), and need new parts.

The fuel line connecters have o-rings, perhaps one was damaged. You should be able to get them from Ford or from a fuel injection specialist in your area(check the yellowpages)

Ok, the intake & the cam cover are 2 different things, and yes, I can see why you'd remove the rear bolt flip the banjo up. Silly question, did you replace both copper washers - one above & one below the fitting of the banjo?

I dropped one in the valley once without knowing it, and had a leak. Had to pull it all apart to see for sure that was the culprit.

Perhaps Josh at SHO Nut would be able to sell you the 2 washers you need.

Good luck!
