Did a code scan from my reader on my car and got code. 87 kept popping up a few times Fuel pump circuit primary fault, And code 96 Fuel pump secondary circuit fault.

I've got a loss of power and a whining noise coming from the engine. Its like i have no acceleration going up hills, And accelerates very slowly until the car warms up. I have replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter about 2 years ago. And i also replaced the black fuel circuit relay box.

I've also replaced the entire ignition system dis module maf sensor. Full tuneup plugs wires new ignition coil. Cam and Crank sensor. New oxygen sensors.
If anyone has any advice on what can be causing this problem after replacing pretty much everything I'd be thankful for some help Thanks.

I would check the fuel pressure at the rails.

Just because you put in a pump 2 years ago does not mean that it cannot be failing. The fuel pump is highly suspect from your description. You could also have a pressure regulator issue.
