Is it recommended to run any type of injector cleaner such as a Lucas product through the system periodically?

Interesting about the dirty oil. I only thought it had to be changed after the cleaning the valves.
I was looking at this product:

By regularly use Techron Concentrate does this require an oil change after? The injectors DO get dirty and when they get dirty it is VERY difficult to get them clean. Due to the very high pressures, the deposits formed are far harder and difficult to get rid of than you would see on PFI injectors. The longterm fix is to regularly use good detergent fuel, regularly use Techron Concentrate Plus/BG 44K, and if you are really OCD, periodically have an injector shop clean the injectors.
No not required especially if your using regularly, But fresh oil is never a bad thing in my eyes. Plus I oddly enjoy changing oil. LolBy regularly use Techron Concentrate does this require an oil change after?
Just had it changed with synthetic 3 days ago and didn't want to wait a couple of months.Time to just prior to the oil change, and the question won't even cross your mind![]()
