i was just wondering what/if any are the best fuel additives that you can use to help clean up the engine? I bought my car when it had 130,000 miles and it's in great shape but i have to think that inside there are some buildups that have just been forgotten about. I've heard that some addatives cause some serious build-ups on the spark plugs so I've become a simple skeptic. Since i'm just getting into serious car care I thought I'd see what you guys thought about it all. Thanks for tossin' any info my way

I use STP fuel system stuff, it's in the silver bottle. And the STP injector cleaner, in the black bottle. Seems to help some.

I used 2 bottles of the injector cleaner and 1 of the system treatment before I had my cams done. When Kirk took them out they looked fine to me. No build up or anything. These where also fiarly new plugs though too. Try it out and if you think somethin happend to the spark plugs, take out the first bank and look at them.
