I've recently noticed that my front blinkers are not indicating when I have my turn signal on for either direction. Is the most likely situation that both my front blinker light filaments burned out at the same time or is there another issue? I have no indicators within the vehicle, only noticed it myself.

If a bulb went out shouldn't you have a hylerflash to let you know you have a bulb out?

Neither front inner bulb is out but neither is blinking when I put either turn signal on.

I have not made any progress with this issue. Anybody have any similar situation before?

Nova is right in that at least the I.P.C should flash fast if a bulb is out.

If I'm reading coreclty, when you turn on a turn signal, left or right, you can observe the front turn signal getting brighter?

The reason I ask is I think there may be a way to turn off the hyper flash through asbuilt in the B.C.M. if you are running L.E.Ds up front. If someone installed ballast resistors and led lights and the car is seeing the resistors, the bcm may not see a problem with the indicator and the cluster will not indicate a bulb is out.

When I turn on a turn signal the rear sides work as intended but neither of the front ones are not turning on at all. I have no indicators on my dash that indicate a problem ie the car isn't "detecting" the bulb is out or whatever.

Wouldn't hurt to try a new bulb. That is very strange that both are inoperative with no indication of a lamp out. Something seems fishy.

Hey Dusty!

When you car is off and you turn the parking lights on you have the inner orange and outer orange lights illuminated?? When you lock or unlock the doors (key off) with the key fob do the inner orange lights get brighter?

I just went out and checked. Both lights are illuminated but they do not get brighter when I lock or unlock it.

Ok, bummer.

So the bulbs have a ground at least. The filaments share a ground and have separate powers for the running lights and brighter turnnsignals.

Check fuses F13 and 14 in the fuse box in the car. Drivers side above the parking brake pedal.

Otherwise pull the bulb and see if it looks good. Throw in a good one to see if there is any change. Otherwise check the b.c.m. for dtcs before going after a circuit fault.

I just checked both those fuses and they were good. I'll order a new bulb tonight, any recommendations?
