Front passenger side headrest rattle

Hi everyone, I know that this headrest rattle can be fixed by replacing the headrest sleeves and retainer, however, I know that the retainers are now obsolete so I have no luck finding a new retainer. My question is: can the headrest rattle be fixed by replacing the sleeves only?

Another FAQ I have involves the moonroof rattling. The lifter arms most likely need replacing but I can't find those either. Any ideas on fixing that?
