front door weatherstripping

Anybody ever replaced their weatherstripping on the front doors? Mine's getting destroyed on the middle seam on the driver's side.

i had the same probably and eventually had to rip the weatherstripping completely off of the door linings, anyone know where i can buy some new stripping?
