Has anyone had any experience with these guys? I was wondering how long it took for things to ship. I ordered something that supposedly shipped last friday and have not received it yet.

I have made a few orders with them and received the packages before the expected delivery date. The contents were always correct. Very satisfied with them.

I too have ordered from them in the past, and had no problems. Fire off an email to Torrie and find out if there was any backorder issues.

I also ordered something from them and received it well after I had expected.
Part of the problem was the item was backordered, part was UPS (the package tracking was a joke. It came across the border to Windsor, then went back to the states, and then back across to Windsor again...big mix up).
The UPS thing obviously was not their fault.
The backorder thing?
Well, I thought I stressed how important it was that I received the item quickly. However, I did not specifically ask if that was backordered.
Had I asked if it was backordered, I would have known. Perhaps they could have told me that after I stressed my rush, but they did not and I don't necessarily fault them for it.
Torrie was very helpful, as was another person (can't recall the name).
In general, I felt very comfortable ordering from them and feel that if the part was not on backorder (or if I had have asked to find out), and I specified (and paid for) quicker shipping, it would have worked out exactly as I wanted it to.
I would not hesitate ordering from them again but would just ask a couple of more questions about status etc first.

I've had mixed experience so far. My orders were always correct (p/n wise), they took a little longer than I would have liked (got the parts the day of the 60k; ordered 9 days prior), on one upper gasket set, the head gaskets came through damaged, and was missing the fuel injector o-rings pre-kit baggie.

Torrie DID authorized a return ASAP, and the replacements parts have arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I continue to do business with him. Communication, pricing are great.

IF you order ahead of time, and you know what you need, they're a really good vendor.
