I have been looking for a Ford service manual for my car for a while now and found these CD's on ebay and was wondering if anyone had experience with them or if they were any good? They're only like $12-15 so it's not that much of an investment.

Thanks
Matt

I would use caution with these disks. If they are actuall ford disks they usually come with security key that has to be placed in your LPT1(Printer Port) on your computer before the program will run. At the minimum it may have to have a security code to enter when you install the cd. Then third it may be part of a large series of Disks that go like so: There are usuall 2 or 3 CD'for the model years say 1995 which form the backbone and then en seprate CDs for car say a couple for the Mustang others for the SHO and such. I have done computer work for our local shop and have a great working relationship with them. I trust them but I still don't let them work on my car because they tell me it will cost alot of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and they don't have any techs we are good at working on them. Hope this helps
