I know they are VERY expensive, but I wanted to pass along the availability, weights, & designs, etc. These are Forged, 6061-T6 Aluminum, Modular wheels:

Style FM/10 (Similar to Hockenheim-R look):
17x7.5, 18lb each.
18x8, 20.80lb each.

Style FM/5 (solid, thick 5-spoke, similar to Team Dynamics Rim2000 look)
17x7.5, 19.95lb ea.
18x8, 20.60lb ea.

Both wheels:
17": $680 each (after 15% discount)
18": $824.50 each (after 15% discount)

One of my 95 slicers weighs 18lb.

I saw the FM/10 style on a black 92 this Saturday at the dyno session (same one as on their web site). Awesome.

This info will go on my wheel fitment page, at http://members.home.com/fhurderjr/showheels.htm . Team Dynamics is also compiling a more comprehensive list of weights & wheel styles available for us.

Fred, you may also want to check with HRE. I talked to them at SEMA and they can also do custom fit forged wheels for just about anything, even unique front to rear offsets if that what you need, just as expensive as Fikse. I also saw the new line of Team Dynamics forged wheels at SEMA last week. I posted several of the styles and they weights over on the Topica list earlier this week.

Fred,

Do you know how much the Team Dynamics Rim 2000's weigh? (If it's on your site, I apologize for the question. I just can't seem to find the weight there).

Edit.......oh yes, I know you said Team Dynamics was compiling the weights but I just wondered if you had weighed yours.

Thanks.

I got an email from TD awhile back and they said my 18X8 Motorsports were 24lbs each.

Also Fred why are those wheels so expensive for there weight? The Te-37 Volk Racing 18X8.5 weigh in at 16-18lbs(forget) and cost 'bout the same.

On looking at the weights, I don't understand them. How can the 17" 5-spoke be heavier, and the 18" 5-spoke be lighter than the 10-spoke counterpart? To me, it would be consistently, one style is heavier than another style, size for size. I'll double check this.
