EVAP canister location?

Failed emissions due to high NO2 level. Does my car have an EVAP canister somewhere? Where would it be located, can it be cleaned or replaced?

Always helps to know what year car and whether it's MTX or ATX... If 1989-95, the EVAP charcoal canister is triangular in shape and tucked behind the left front fender lining at the back. Take a look at this file. Note the bit about removing the SPOUT plug to reduce NOx. Download arrow top right.
