so here is what happens my ever since i have has it has some times shuts off, and the check engine light come on the the oil light and the battery light, so evey time i turn off the road check the battery connections, and see i there is the correct amount of oil. I just replaced the starter, the alternator, battery, distributer coil, new spark plugs and wires. i am so confused and dont know of any more options of what it can be, i also think i might have to do with the fuel pump, but i dont know y this happens. Somtimes if i just coast enough when it shuts off, it will start back up, i think my car has a mind of its own, but please i need info...

Sounds like it could be the crank sensor, do yourself a favor and check your codes. Check the link in my sig for that, you can do it yourself and easy.

My buddies car is doing the same exact thing. We pulled codes today and these were the ones we got.
KOEO 551: Inlet Air Control Circuit Malfunction
Memory Code 211: Provile Ignition Sensor Circuit Malfunction, PIP Sensor Circuit Fault
Memory Code 542: Fuel Pump Secondary Circuit Open PCM/Fuel Pump GND, Fuel pump circuit open ECA to pump motor ground

If anyone can help us out it'd be appreciated. We've had the Ignition module tested and replaced the coil pack and that didn't seem to take care of the problem.

Yeah plan on doing a crank sensor. On the website thats in my sig for the codes there is a pretty good write up on how to change it. Look under maintenance and 60K. Your water pump is prolly also leaking causing the sensor to go on you. Also try a seach on front 60K there are other items you should replace.

Engine quits while driving what is happening...

When it warms up the Water pump pukes a small amount of coolant onto the Crank sensor and it shorts out. If it does this enough times it wont run at all. Plan on getting your hands very dirty.
