I would consider a DashHawk since several have had good success with them, but I thought I read somewhere here that they are an older product, not being manufactured anymore, and have poor software software support. However they do have a web page. Even tried to find one eBay, but no hits whatsoever, unless I am searching wrong. I did find some resellers online selling them for $260-$300.

The Edge Products Insight CTS is about $400

The Edge Products Insight CS is a non-touch, smaller screen version of the CTS and runs about $300.

The DashHawk is discontinued. It was $299. Don't know why MSD got out of that market.
Only reason I got one initially, is that with LS-2 tunes on a second ECM, one had to do a crank re-learn which the DashHawk does. Otherwise vehicle would have had to go to dealer or to someone who had the system to do the crank-re-learn. Decided it would be nice to have a device to list and re-set any codes.

DashHawk sounds much like the CS as it has buttons. Would NOT buy a used or discontinued product. What is the brand that Livernois sells?

Ben... what about that new SCT device you are getting? Might it not do all the logging and reading to your "idevice"? Bet it will or that there will be apps that can read the OBDII data you will be sending out on BlueTooth... Ask Torrie....

I am thinking about that. I also have a Kiwi wireless ODBII device that my iPhone can connect to and 2 apps on my iPhone that can read the data. Neither of which do everything I want. I have the SCT x3 or whatever model it is to load tunes. Before I spend $400+ on the new iPhone device I need to get some reviews. I'd rather spend $300 on a new scanner/gauge that is proven than $400+ on te new iPhone device. Or I'd rather even sped under $150 for a Dashhawk on eBay.

RCS... are you still in Orlando... or back in Canada?

Will be in FL by Nov 2 (birthday) If you are around... some of us need to meet at Bradenton or at the strip in Orlando area. , maybe late Nov... early Dec... or in early 2012. Will get some better Fronts... and hopefully get a little further into the 12's...

How many things can one monitor at a time? Is it like the gauge setup on LiveLink 6.4 or more like a split screen (2, 4, 6, or more) like a DashHawk?
