So I finally had my 2017 SHO w/PP dyno'd yesterday-3 runs: 2 with Sport and 1 with D. The last run was the best at 350 HP. Is this about normal, better than normal, or poorer than normal with my mods? My question is what mods should I think about now that will give me the best bang for my buck? I was using the 93 Octane tune at the time. Thanks

Which one got you the best numbers - in Drive or Sport mode?

It's also odd that your numbers are so far different than what LMS advertises. As you can see from their own posts on this forum they say gains of "x" HP and "x" Torque which would equal like 445 HP and 445 Lbs Torque. But your numbers, take 20% drivetrain loss and looks like 420 HP and 470 lbs Torque at crank! Hymm??

It doesn't appear that odd to me. Your 350 number is pretty close to the ballpark 20% powertrain loss. That's not exact but 350whp with 20% loss translates to 437.5 hp and that's pretty close to the "advertised" 445 hp. Change conditions or even change dyno and you can easily gain that number.

The next best bang for your buck (ie, most horsepower per dollar) is going to be methanol injection. You won't see the same power from meth as those with all the supporting mods, but you will still see significant gains. Then as you add the supporting mods you will see more gains from each of them as they are more restrictive.
