They should be identical. Just avoid tearing into taurus/sable wagons, as they rub shocks instead of struts in the rear :thumb:

thanks fo the help, also another question, is there anythign that can go "bad" on a steering knuckle that i pull off a 94+ out of a j yard, looking to do a upgrade of breaks in the summer so i might as well pull it there when it is all apart.

thanks

Besides being destroyed or bent really bad - the joint that holds the ball joint can wear out so it doesn't grasp the ball joint well. Besides that the wheel bearing can be bad - but that is easily replaced.

If you can, get the knuckle with the ABS sensor still in place and the wire/connector intact. A lot of times, they just cut the ABS sensor wire off which needlessly costs you a new ABS sensor. Do not plan to ever get an ABS sensor out of the knuckle without damaging it in rust belt cars (if you are thinking about reusing your current ones). If you somehow manage to get one out undamaged, go buy yourself some Powerball tickets. If you are standing there as they pull the knuckle, you have a good chance of telling the guy not to cut the wire, otherwise you are probably out of luck, but you can always ask.

Well, my replacement knuckles got the sensor wires cut, I live in the rustbelt, and they don't play powerball in NYC. :frown:

Can I just splice the 94 sensors into my 92 harness wiring, instead of buying new ones? Those f'ers are expensive! :oogle:
