Did i have a chance?

Last week i was @ a stop light with a brand new 330 BMW (~300 series), reving his engine wanting to race.
Of course my first thoughts was to floor it too the next light. Then i noticed my pregnant wife and decided that it would not be a good idea! Anyways he put the foot to the metal and the engine screamed down the road. The wife never noticed but boy do i wonder what would have happened? For some reason certain cars always get haggled with races. All my porsches have and now the SHO too! The Vr6 jetta i owned never was attempted but it was a sleeper though!

So who would have won? I bet i would have lost but by how much?

330's are that fast? My aunt's 325I is pretty slow, but the 2.5 I-6 is a smaller motor so who knows?
