I have a slight dash problem. Right above the insturment cluster the black part around the cluster has came apart from the dash. (just looks like some glue that WAS holding it together and two screws) I took the screws out and I can't manage to get the bottom of the thing out. How do I get this thing out? If you don't know what I'm talking about goto my site and look at the pictures of the insturment cluster and you will slightly see it.

I'm glad to see that I not the only ***** to have to go through this dash shit. Once the screws are out, just give it a firm swift yank and it will come out. There is a couple of clips that go into a hole. I would put my hands in the inside opening at the outside of the opening. **** poor explanation I know. I have hd mine out about a hundred times looking for a rattle. When I put mine back in, even the first time, it didn't but up to the top if the IP like it did before I took it apart. There is about a 1/16" gat there now. I also had to reglue the little strip of felt back on the bezel, you'll see. Thats for Squeak & Rattle. Just be careful not to break it when you yank on it. Have a good one!!
