Has anybody done this or considered cutting the rear springs a bit to lower the car and get it more even with the front? It seems that even with lowering springs, the cars still have a rake. My 03 cobra had cut springs and it worked well.

Wouldn't recommend cutting springs, but that's my opinion. With a car this heavy I would think the ride would suffer. I cut some truck springs years ago and realized it was the half ass way of lowering my truck. I went and bought lowering springs and haven't regretted it. Save up for some lowering springs bud.

Best question to ask would be are the springs on these things progressive or not.

If their not progressive, cut them and it will ride the same with a proper allignment.

If they are progressive, it will ride like ****.

Yeah, I'm willing to bet that if you cut your springs your Brick will ride like a Brick...

I agree with all of you but I don't want to have a rake. Even with lowering springs, there is a rake. I'm wondering how to get the sucker level if possible without ruining the car.
