Custom SHO puchout on pass. dash ?

This might just be a stupid question.
In fact, im fairly sure it is.
I have a 1992, is there a way turn that spot on the passenger side dash above the glovebox with the "SHO" cutout into a button that you push and it lights up?
hah i dont really think it would look cool id just use it for laffs thus i wouldnt do it if it would cost more that $25 to do.

yeah lighting it up is cool, iv been tryign to get mine ot light up for a while but i cant seem to get my leds to work. I think i finally figured it out though.
