My 95 mtx will turn over but not try to start. The tach reads about 2-300rpm while cranking. I tried pulling the codes but had disconnected the battery prior to that. Also having trouble decyphering the code...I get a flash...pause then 2 flashes...pause two flashes...long pause flash....pause three flashes....
Will these cars run if the TPS sensor is below range? Will they start with a bad tps? It has 162000 on it. I have put new plugs and wires in once..run a K&N filter,use mobil 1...had a new clutch at 65000..new brakes and struts recently....Never changed the timing belt yet have one in the trunk. I did change the cam position sensor last summer. Yes there is some oil and coolant leaking around the crank pulley. Will the crank poistion sensor send 2-300 rpm if it is bad while cranking?
