As soon as I put my key to start, the cooling fans click on. Even doing so while car is trying to start making it harder for the starter to get power and start the car. When car does start, the cooling fans are still on and never go off till the car is shut off. Once car is off, then they turn off.

I know this isn't suppose to happen, there suppose to turn on when either the A/C is on, which it isn't, or when car reaches temperature.

Any suggestions on a fix? Think the cooling fan relay is stuck on? Its puzzling cause the fans turn off when key is in off.

ECT sounds like a good idea... Its pretty easy to change out when you remove the air box/tube running to the throttle body.

I think I found the culprit. Appears my battery is bad why the slow starting. Each time I start I see my clock has reset meaning the power to the computer went out. I think its normal for the fans to turn on when computer resets and car start. They went off after a little bit of driving.
