So how is the group buy going? I sent my request the other day. Are we close to having enough?
19 people have emailed me. I will be contacting everyone for their full name, shipping address, payment method, and for what package they desire.

Hang in there guys, I hope to place the order with Josh this weekend.

Thanks.

I'm in for a full set of all suspension bushings. Please do NOT include the 4 subframe bushings. So many people have upgraded them anyways!

you think thats a bargain? WOW!
Kirk, why are you such a SMART ASS ?

If you don't have anythting positive to contribute, keep it to yourself. I would expect comments like yours from a troll, but not a moderator.

Bob I have to agree 100%.... now Kirk in your defense I've heard you're a nice guy w/some smartass façade, but seriously as a moderator some comments should maybe kept to yourself. Do you have *** like women or are you like this all month long? Anyways back to the groupbuy did we get our 25? I am ready to place my order just as soon as I get word. Thanks again for putting this together.

If Josh wasnt a feind of mine Id let you all in on a few things.

I add what I feel I should, got a problem? your work to get this done is comendable but the priceing could be better.

Dont give me the MOD shit either, I am also a member and will speak as one when I feel its nesscary. I became a MOD because I know the car and every peice in and out. Not because Im a well liked guy, I pick my freinds they dont pick me.. ANy more about this and I will **** the post.

Happy selling, the attack on my person was not needed in this post at all and could have been done through PM.

Bob, just sent you an email. Does Josh know how long it will take to ship orders? I only ask because the front of my subframe is falling off. :(

BTW, Thanks so much for setting this up. I would have had to have bought all of this stuff anyhow and when you have no money 20% is a lot to save.

If Josh catches you losing him sales you might not have to worry about him being a feind.

I was being a smartass this time. That felt good. :)

If you hold moderators to different standards,we`ll all quit and be worse than we are now. From a machinist standpoint,Kirk is correct, they are a complete rip off. But,since they are currently the only choice, there is no other option.Among many other parts(including new ones for the Gen III),i am going to be expanding into SFB`s.I don`t see any problems for selling them for under $100 per set, possibly well under that.

You are half right. All group buys must be run through the admins first. If the Group buy is through a SHOFOrum sponsor, like SHONut, then there is no issue.

Otherwise non-SHOForum sponsors are charged to list it in the classifieds.

AutoXSHO:
Be careful about these "group buy" posts. Apparently starting group buys on the forum has been deemed illegal by big brother.

I have replaced every suspension bushing on my SHO. It's not too bad to buy them individually.

The rear strut rod bushings can be purchased from Energy suspension (Polyurethane) and they work and fit great.

The front control arms should be replaced. The bushings would be a PITA To get on and off, though I have heard that upgraded units do exist.

The swaybar bushings can be had in TPR (the best material IMHO) from SHO-nut. Then do the subframe bushings and front strut rod bushings and you're done. (Except for the rear control arms, which I'm not aware of any replacements for. They dont' seem to wear out, however.
