I live in the springs area and was wondering if someone could give me a hand doing the upper 60k shrug ? It would be nice to have someone who has had experience doing it so I don't make any mistakes. Thanks.

Well, I live in Colorado but I am temporarily away. Get in touch with Terry(twrsho) at [email protected] He is a little busy with his own project, but he maybe able to help(or point you to someone else). Although, you would have to drive to Denver... that is where most of us in the CSHOC are located.

Hey how's it going, this is kind of off topic but who exactly are you? I lived in the springs for 8 years and only ever seen a few hooked up SHOs, one mine, one a friends, a white second gen with black wheels and bra, kevin with the silver sho and black rims and Mcdonalds intake plenum colors, his friend with a white 2nd gen, and this one guy I met once with a green 2nd gen and a crazy dual dtm style looking mufflers,

Some of them always cruised Academy from the Honda dealership on south Academy to the Texaco(starmart) on North Academy, that's where I used to be on the weekends before the baby, but anyways let me know, my one friends (Rahim) with the blue mtx titled bluesteel on www.shotimes.com still resides in the springs, I might be able to let you contact him to see who he has working on his car right now since I moved because I did all of his previous work for him.

Well good luck

I have all the tools to do the upper 60k, but as Jason indicated - I'm just a little busy right now with my own projects. Hopefully I will have my car up and running in the next couple of weeks (3.2 upgrade and Quaife) Get in contact with me at [email protected] to discuss your plans.

I live down in Pueblo, I'd be happy to help with the 60K. However, I don't have any of the sho-specific tools needed to complete the task. If you have a fairly complete set of hand tools you can probably convince someone to let you borrow the shim tools.
On another note, do you ever go out cruising on friday or saturday nights? I havent ever seen any other SHO's out before, aside from one White 90/91. Mine's a White 92. If you're interested in checking out some cars, etc. we typically have a good size meeting at the Grocery Warehouse on Powers. Check out http://www.cosr.com for more info!

Whoa. Thanks everybody. I'm new to the springs, actually I live in green mountain falls but I've only been around for a month or so. It was crazy, when I used to work as a vacuum salesman :( I was out makeing my rounds and in one day, I see 5 sho's. I was a little suprised to say the least. I also see a titanium 89(I assume because of the black basket weaves) drive by sand creek were I'm workin right now. I drive a black 92 with a missing left corner lamp. Sadly though being a michigan car its got a bad case of cancer. Thanks again everyone.

Let me guess....TRI STAR?

I haven't lived in Denver or Springs for almost 13 years, but I sold Tri-Star for about 3 months. Just curious.

lmao Yea it was tristar. Most people guess kirby. I only lasted 3 weeks, well, technically 2 before I found out the guy who hired me hadn't payed one of the guys I worked with in a month. It was pretty much a waste of time but on the bright side I did get to know the springs aarea pretty good.
