Clutch noise

Yea I don't do to much beating the **** out of my car..... but I hope it doesn't go bad.

Well now I have a new noise with the problem. Sounds like a door opening slowly almost, not the high pitched screetchy type, but the low creaking noise it makes when opening slowly. It's very hard to describe this noise also, my dad said it sounds like a throw out bearing, or transmission mount, but he said it would be weird if it was that because it is only during take off, is my car going to shit on me soon?

Does anyone know how much it is to get a TOB fixed at a shop?
