Who makes our clutches? Is it Borg Warner?

Do you have any experience with the Borg Warner? My shop was going in for the RMS and the clutch is toast. They only one they can get quickly is the Borg warner.

EVERY SHO clutch sold is a valeo unit. Borg Warner just rebox's a valeo clutch. Even the aftermarket clutch's use the valeo PP. some use their own disc, and play around with the PP, but all SHO Clutch's are valeo units...
