Forgive me if I explain this wrong I am new to SHO's. I have a 2013 with some current issues of my climate controlled seats (A/C or heating settings) where at no point can i turn them on from either the home menu or the climate control screen. Fuse is good and have no DTC's. Any where else I should look?

Welcome to the forum! Diagnostic codes for the climate controlled seats are not powertrain codes and therefore will not be displayed by typical consumer-grade scan tools or code readers. You need a more "professional" grade scan tool to access codes for the climate control system.
Do you get the same behavior for both the Driver's and Passenger's seats? What does the climate control screen do when you try to turn either the heat or cool feature on? Register the press but not turn on, or not even acknowledge the press?

Yes both seats and steering wheel heating do not work from the main screen or climate control screen, when I press the buttons I get no feed back from it (audible or visual). Every other button seems to work perfectly fine on the screen.
Heated/cooled seat (DSCM) harness repair
on the modern Taurus with heated/cooled seats there was a change to the filter media. it no longer exists, the white filter would clog causing electrical overheating and shorts. check my signature for the latest part, WITHOUT filters
