chroming/cleaning stock wheels

Just wondering...

How do I clean the crap off of my stock '94
wheels? Also, does anyone know how much it would be to get these wheels chromed?

Very stiff (possibly even brass) brush, some REALLY strong brake dust cleaner. and some time.

As for chroming, they are about 300 a rim. The same to get them polished.

Actually, i seen a few places that do them for less than $100 ea. Contact mrchrome.com . I called and i think has the best deal going.
