CEL Codes 212 and 214- 95 ATX

95 ATX

212- Ignition SPOUT Circut Failure
214- Error in CID Circut or signal

I just changed the CKP, Timing belt, Serp Belt. Im positive i timed it properly and gapped the CKS correctly. I have the usual symptoms of No Start/No Tach when trying to restart warm.

Would it be safe to assume the CPS has gone to lunch? Is there anything else I should be checking for?

I have seen cases of bad replacement CKP sensors. One can never assume that a replacement part is good. I hate to say it, d00d, but I think you're going to be replacing it again...

At least everything should still be nice n loose from the last time!

Replace the CID (not the CKP) sensor.

CID it was. My buddy changed it out (its his car ) and codes are clear!
