Can't shift at high RPMs?

It seems that every clutch that I have ever put in, will shift at any poing in the rpm band when brand new. But after 3-5K miles, it seems that I can never shift as quick at high rpms. Could this be due to the throw-out bearing already "throwing-out" and is busted, or what. This has happened with both my SS competition clutch shoot and my ShoNut stock clutch.

Is there any benifit to a grizzly TB?

The inability to move the transmission into another gear at higher rpms would most likely indicate the synchronizers for that gear are worn. That is from too many forced shifts at the engine speeds that the SHO can turn. As long as the clutch is disengaging, the transmission is the cause of this condition.
