Ok so I made my appointment through Al Fitz but Jered of Quality Auto in Grand Island, NE is the one who worked on my car. So what is Al's connection with Quality Auto?

All I know is Jered was personable, professional, did a great job and did it quickly. I was told by Al that it would take from 8am to possibly 1pm. I was out of there by 10:40am.
He seemed to be a fountain of knowledge on the SHO and I can safely say that if something needs done that is SHO-specific and over my head I would definitely make the drive back out there to have him work on my car.
