Probably about two months ago I started to add some water to my reservoir. My water pump started making noise and leaked. I checked where the leak is at. Coolant droping from the water pump area. There is smoke coming from the passenger side too lately. 100% Coolant burning off somewhere around the timing belt. ONE DRIP..TWO SMOKES...
Now I need some advice what I should do. Ok, I know the pump will need replacement because that's the one causing the problem. What about some other parts like timing belt and sensors?

Because of the smoke:
Is my timing belt going to need replacement too?
What about the sensors,etc.

Your timing belt may not necessarily need to be replaced, but it must be removed to replace the water pump. Seeing as everything will already be apart, it is not a bad idea to replace the timing belt, the CPS, the front main seal, the lower radiator hose, and the accessory belts. Again, it is not necessary, just easy seeing as everything is already apart and easily accessible.

The front main seal is the seal that sits on the crank, right behind the dampener pulley. Good luck.
